Our services

Short-term accommodation, long-term parcel use, and additionally requested services are provided subject to availability and the terms of the relevant service. This information applies to all our customers; it does not establish a refund rule that varies according to citizenship or language.

An annual parcel agreement and the monthly service model are different. Paying the annual fee in installments does not convert the agreement into a monthly subscription. The type and duration of the service are clearly specified before payment.

Price and scope

The price may vary depending on the parcel, period of use, and additional services. The total amount, currency, VAT and other mandatory charges, and payment plan are notified before the transaction. The starting price is not a commitment that the same price applies to every parcel.

For annual parcels, electricity is charged separately on a prepaid basis. Services such as an additional Wi-Fi user and optional lawn mowing are priced separately. Additional services are provided at the customer's request and with information about the applicable fee.

Communication and confirmation

An availability inquiry or request for information does not, by itself, create a reservation or payment obligation. You can check the service dates, amount, and confirmation status through the reservation or agreement summary.
