Privacy Policy and Website Information Notice

1. Data and purposes

Full name, telephone number, email address where available, message content, and language preference are used to respond to communication requests; accommodation dates, number of caravans, and reservation records are used for availability checks, records, and notifications. Technical access and transaction records may be processed for system security and error investigation. Do not enter unnecessary identity, health, or card information in web forms.

This website text does not replace the separate, transaction-specific information notices required for identity documents collected at entry, camera recordings, Wi-Fi usage records, or voice calls.

2. Methods and legal grounds

Data is collected partly or wholly automatically through web forms, browser connections, and electronic communications. Data necessary for requests/reservation transactions is processed for the establishment or performance of the agreement (Law No. 6698, Article 5/2-c); mandatory records are processed for compliance with a legal obligation (Article 5/2-ç); records for asserting rights are processed for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right (Article 5/2-e); and necessary security records are processed on the basis of legitimate interests that do not harm fundamental rights (Article 5/2-f). Separate information and consent are required for uses that require explicit consent.

3. Recipients and overseas infrastructure

Necessary information is shared with authorized campsite personnel for the provision of the service; with hosting and technical support providers for operation of the infrastructure; with communication providers for reservation notifications; and, where legally required, with authorized institutions.

Web form and reservation records are held on Hetzner servers abroad. WhatsApp infrastructure is used for reservation notifications. The appropriate legal basis and safeguards for international transfers under Article 9 of the KVKK must be provided separately; publishing this text or a visitor opening the page alone does not satisfy these requirements.

4. Cookies and external content

The nakkas_lang cookie remembers the language preference for 180 days. Session cookies are also used for the administration panel. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings; some functions may be affected.

When the Google map is loaded, your browser may connect to Google servers and technical information such as your IP address may be transferred. WhatsApp and Instagram links open those providers' services; their privacy terms also apply. An automated assistant may be used in WhatsApp communications.

5. Retention and security

Data must be retained only for the periods required by the stated purposes and provided for by applicable legal obligations. This text is not a claim that automatic deletion is performed or permission for unlimited retention. Requests for deletion and correction are assessed together with retention obligations.

The site connection is encrypted using HTTPS; access to administrative functions is subject to authorization. These measures are not an absolute guarantee of security. The current web form does not process card payments. If planned automatic collection is activated, information regarding card storage and the payment provider will be provided separately before the transaction.

6. Your rights and contact

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the rights to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purposes and recipients, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, request notification of these actions to recipients, object to a result arising against you through solely automated analysis, and request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
